Cass Lakeside Community Association
(CLCA) is a Michigan Non-Profit Corporation set up for the following
purposes:
1.To operate and maintain the CLCA's water system, beach, and community
center.
2.To procure the construction of necessary public improvements and
utilities.
3.To promote social interaction of Members through activities and
fund-raisers.
4. To work with state, county and township authorities to ensure that
water safety and building laws are upheld.
5.To assist in maintaining Subdivision Property (roads, bridges easements,
and canals).
The CLCA is governed by a Board of Directors that has 9 members, including
5 Directors, the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
